Not Now is a lightweight self-management app that helps users pause future-oriented worries, record small actions, and track simple progress.

This app is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, therapy, crisis support, or emergency services.

Data Collection

The current version of the app does not collect personal data. It does not use account registration, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, third-party tracking SDKs, server sync, or cloud storage controlled by us.

Apple Health and Activity Data

The app does not read Apple Health data, step counts, active energy, workout data, or any rough walking estimate. It does not calculate health or activity values, and it does not provide a precise measurement of your body, activity, or condition.

Sources & Safety: No health or activity estimates are produced by this app, so no external health source is used for calculations.

Local Data

Your points, streaks, small actions, settings, and history are stored locally on your device using local device storage such as UserDefaults.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transmit your app records to third parties.

Deleting Data

You can delete your local progress inside the app from Settings. You can also remove app data by deleting the app from your device.
